GMOLINA advised as a local counsel in Nicaragua to the company Polaris Energy Nicaragua, S.A. (PENSA) in the refinancing of the San Jacinto Tizate Geothermal Project for an amount of 110 million dollars (US$).

 

Additionally, our firm advised in the contracts with the international equipment supplier and of local associated contracts for the development of a "Binary Cycle Plant"
that will be incorporated into said project and that goes along with said financing.
