GUSTAVO MOLINA

In 1999, Gustavo Molina Valdivia graduated in Law from the Redemptoris Mater Catholic University in Managua, Nicaragua. He was incorporated as a Lawyer and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua in 2000.
Gustavo began working as a paralegal for the Nicaraguan Electricity Company (ENEL) in 1996, a state-owned company that was the owner of the assets of the electrical subsector in Nicaragua and was later privatized in the early 2000s.
Starting in May 2000, he was in-house counsel at the newly created Empresa Nacional de Transmisión Eléctrica S.A., (ENTRESA), now Empresa Nacional de Transmisión Eléctrica (ENATREL), where he had the opportunity to learn about and apply the recently issued rules for the operation of the Nicaraguan electricity market.

Rody Francisco Zelaya Sáenz has a degree in Legal Sciences upon graduating from the University
Centroamericana (UCA) in 2021. Obtained incorporation as Lawyer in 2022 and Notary
Public as of 2023, by the Supreme Court of Justice and has encouraged his professional growth through
through courses in different areas such as Civil Law and Notarial Law.
He has managed to develop his career by acquiring experience in Corporate Law, Registry Law and
Administrative Law, thanks to the support provided by the prestigious interregional firm Central Law to
begin his professional career and become part of the legal area of the conglomerate of national companies
Coen Group.
In 2022, he completed the “Diploma in Labor Law and Strategic Management of Relationships.”
Business Labor” taught by the Central American University (UCA), expanding your skills
in labor and social security matters.
ANDREA QUEZADA

Andrea Quezada graduated from the Universidad Americana (UAM) with a degree in Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Law in 2013. She has worked as a Lawyer and Notary Public since 2015 when she was authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice.
The areas of experience that she has developed during her professional career are Corporate, Real Estate and Environmental Law, through advising different companies since her professional beginning in other recognized legal firms and as part of the legal team of a
company dedicated to power generation.
In 2016, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Energy Law at the University of Lewis and
Clark, Portland, Oregon.
